Ami Kundi has joined Pennycuick Collins’ award-winning residential property management team as an Associate Director. He joins the firm following 6 years with Savills where he was Head of Regional Block Management for Birmingham, responsible for managing residential and mixed-use portfolios for a number of well-known national housing developers and property developers. Prior to that he worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and Bruton Knowles.

Pennycuick Collins has built up a sizeable practice in residential property management in the Midlands and is retained to manage some 160 schemes made up of 6500 units. The firm was recently named the leading Residential Managing Agent at the West Midlands Insider Residential Property Awards and was also shortlisted nationally for four ARMA ACE Awards in 2019, winning Major Works Project of the Year award for the major lift modernisation works undertaken at a 13-storey 1960’s residential development. The firm is shortlisted in three categories in the 2019 Property Week national All Stars awards which will be announced on 6 November at an awards ceremony at Grosvenor House in London.
