We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted for four awards at this year’s ARMA (Association of Residential Management Agents) ACE Awards! The prestigious awards ceremony held at London’s Tobacco Dock celebrates excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, partners and suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders across the country.
The awards we have been shortlisted for include Employer of the Year, Larger Managing Agent of the Year, Major Works Project of the Year which focuses around our major external decoration and concrete repair project at Chadbrook Crest, and our Associate Director for Residential Service Charge, Dale Jones, is a finalist for the Property Personality of the Year award.
Speaking about our success already this year, Director of Residential Service Charge, Lyndsey Cannon-Leach commented:

The ARMA ACE Awards take place on 5 July at Tobacco Dock, London.
